Dr. Sonali Bhattad has done her residency program in August (2021) in Neurology at Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research(GIPMER), Maulana Azad Medical College which is one of the most reputed neurology teaching centres in India. She completed her MD (Internal Medicine) from Government Medical College, Surat(Gujarat) in the year 2017 and MBBS from Karnataka in 2013. She is among the top neurologists in Old Airport Road, Bangalore.

Dr. Sonali Bhattad has been trained under various subspecialties of neurology such as Movement disorders, Stroke, Epilepsy, Neuro infections, Headache, Vertigo, Dementias, Neurodegenerative Disorders, Neuropathic Disorders, Demyelinating Disorders, Autoimmune disorders, Myopathies, Electrophysiology and injecting Botulinum Toxin for various movement disorders.

Dr. Sonali Bhattad has several publications in national and international journals of neurology and has been an author of a few medical journal topics on neurology. Also, she has given presentations at various national and international conferences related to neurology. She has received awards for her academic performance during her residency period and secured medals during my MBBS.

Dr. Sonali Bhattad is also a member of the Indian Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Neurology. She has excelled in various competitive examinations during her university and high school education. She is a quick learner of languages. While her mother tongue is ‘Marwari’, she is proficient in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Marathi as well. She learnt Gujarati during her Post-Graduation in Medicine at Surat (Gujarat).
