The Indian Prime Minister, on December 25, 2021, has announced the vaccination of children between the ages 15 years to 18 years. The vaccination program for children will start on January 3 2022. The Prime Minister further announced the third or precaution dose to the healthcare professionals and people over the age of 60 years who are suffering from comorbidities.
