  • Dr. Suraj Manjunath is currently a Senior Consultant and Chief of Cancer Surgery at Manipal Hospital, Miller’s Road, Bangalore. His special interests include minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal cancers, breast cancer surgery (Organ Conservation, Oncoplasty, and Sentinel Node Techniques), and ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) protocols in oncosurgery.

  • He has trained in centers of excellence in India and abroad and was the gold medalist in his post-doctoral MCh (surgical oncology) from the Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology.
  • He was the first Indian recipient of the United States Society of Surgical Oncology International Career Development Award.
